DUA: Relief from sorrow and grief

 

Allaahhumma inee aoodu bika minal-hammi wal-hazani, wal-ajzi, wal-kasali, wal-bukhli wal-jubni. wa dala’id-dyeni wa ghalabatir- rijal

“Oh Allah, I seek refuge in you from grief, sadness, weakness, laziness, miserableness, cowardness and from being overcome by debt and overpowered by people.” (Bukhari)

Dua that calms the heart and gives the hope to strive.

Joy of Salah(prayer)

Achieve what Ibn Qayyim (RahmAlla) describes as:

“He will witness with every part of his body the awe of the situation as the light of faith penetrates him, which will remove the barriers of his soul and the smoke of his whims.”
