Muslim recorded in his Sahih, and An-Nasa’i in his Sunan that Ibn `Abbas said: “While Jibril (Gabriel) was with the Messenger of Allah , he heard a noise from above. Jibril lifted his sight to the sky and said, `This is a door in heaven being open, and it has never been opened before now.’ An angel descended from that door and came to the Prophet and said, `Receive the glad tidings of two lights that you have been given, which no other Prophet before you was given: the Opening of the Book and the last (three) Ayat of Surat Al-Baqarah. You will not read a letter of them, but will gain its benefit.”’ An-Nasa’i (Al-Kubra 5:12) and Muslim recorded similar wording (1:554). |

And when you recite the words of Allah, recite the words with the heart and understand their meaning, try to learn the lesson from it. Look for what Allah Subhana Tallah is trying to teach you by his words. After you have learned a lesson from the verses, get to work and start implementing right away, because if you don’t than you might forget and always ask Allah Tallah for Guidance |

Benefits from the Most Beneficent
Posted by awaqas1 on November 15, 2007
“One day the Prophet (sallAllaahu alayhi wa sallam) said:
O young man, I shall teach you some words [of advice]:
- Be Mindful of Allaah and Allaah will protect you.
- Be Mindful of Allaah and you will find Him in front of you.
- If you ask, then ask Allaah [alone];
- and if you seek help, then seek help from Allaah [alone].
And know that if the Nation were to gather together to benefit you with anything, they would not benefit you except with what Allaah had already prescribed for you. And if they were to gather together to harm you with anything, they would not harm you except with what Allaah had already prescribed against you.
The Pens have been lifted and the Pages have dried.”
